When will my order ship and how long will it take?

Normally, we will ship your order within 1- 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders will normally ship via USPS or UPS.  The average delivery time is approximately 1- 5 business days. You can check the estimated delivery date on the carrier's website, but you might need to allow 24-48 hours for information to populate on the carrier's website.  In rare cases, unexpected events (extreme weather, abnormal peaks, etc.) can delay the time required for these shipments.

All orders over $49 ship for free.

How can I place an order?

  • Go to the page for the selected product.
  • If you are ordering multiple items, please check the quantity.
  • Click the "Add to Cart" button to proceed to checkout.
  • Finally, select a billing method. Provide shipping information and email address to receive confirmation.

How can I confirm that my order has been confirmed?

You will receive an email with your order details.
This email will receive a unique order ID and a list of ordered items.

What should I do if I do not receive the confirmation?

If you haven't received your order confirmation, it's always a good idea to check your email's SPAM / JUNK folder.
If you still don't see it, please contact Customer Contact at customerservice@essentialwasher.com I will resend it immediately.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by emailing a cancellation request to customerservice@essentialwasher.com

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed in the warehouse. Therefore, please purchase only if you are absolutely certain that you need the product.

How can I change my order?

Please let us know if you would like to change your order. If your order has already been processed in the warehouse, you will not be able to change your order.
If you want to make any changes, please email customerservice@essentialwasher.com as soon as possible (shipping address, etc.).
